Verley A. Brown counsels fiduciaries, beneficiaries and distributees in a variety of contested and uncontested proceedings, including probate and administration proceedings, estate and trust accounting proceedings, will and trust construction proceedings, proceedings against fiduciaries, discovery and turnover proceedings, and other trust and estate related matters.

Mr. Brown has extensive experience in Surrogate’s Court practice and in the area of trusts and estates gained from his 15 years as a practicing attorney and his work as a Senior Surrogate’s Court Clerk in the Accounting and Miscellaneous Department of the Bronx County Surrogate’s Court prior to practicing law.

Mr. Brown is a former United States Marine and lives in Hell’s Kitchen, NYC.
