Lee is a litigator representing individuals and businesses both in defense and as plaintiffs. His cases are generally commercial litigation, often with a focus on breach of contract and financial malfeasance. He also has a history of prosecuting antitrust class action litigation for commodity and stock trader clients.

Lee is known for innovative writing when drafting briefs and engaging communication when arguing in court; his hallmark is an unconventional, imaginative litigation strategy. He has been the lead drafter of appeals and motions in federal and state courts, and his recent work includes oral argument, brief writing, and conducting depositions in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington, D.C., and Illinois.

Before joining Hollis Laidlaw & Simon, Lee prosecuted federal commodity manipulation and antitrust class actions, defended professional liability cases, and led general commercial litigation cases at noted national law firms.
