Adriana Dusovic’s practice is focused on the sale and purchase of residential and commercial real property. Her commercial transactional work also includes transfers, leasing, and refinancing of retail, office, and other properties. She also handles probate and administration of estates. Her clients, located throughout Westchester and Putnam Counties and New York City, include builders, developers, and a wide range of residential and commercial property owners.

Before joining Hollis Laidlaw & Simon, Ms. Dusovic represented a financial institution in its commercial loan transactions for multi-family housing and mixed-use buildings. Her diverse experience and extensive knowledge enable her to bring her clients’ matters to a close in an effective and efficient manner. Ms. Dusovic is fluent in Italian.
